Easter Break Camp
March 24-28, 2008
Dear
Parents,
I am so excited to be the first one to inform you about our Easter Camp
for Spring Break this year. We are inviting all children from kindergarten
through sixth grade to join us at the Early Childhood Center. The camp will run
from Monday, March 24 until Friday March 28 from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM. There
is an option of extended hours for one additional hour in the morning starting
at 7:00 AM and two additional hours in the evening from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Please
make sure you indicate the extended hours that you will need for your child.
The Extended Day form is listed below. A reminder to everyone that we
will be closed at 6:00 PM if you are late picking up your child we will have to
charge you $1 for every minute after 6:00 PM.

The
week before camp I will send home a letter with everything your child will need
during the week of camp.
If
you would like your child or children to join us, please fill out the
appropriate Registration form for each child, field trip permission slips, and
return it to the Early Childhood Center with your $210 payment by February
11, 2008. After this date, registration will be open to all Diocesan
Elementary School and the fee will go up to $230. The last day to register is
March 14, 2008. Please be aware that if you cancel your registration after March 14 we have
to charge you $20. Space is limited and campers will be accepted on a
first-come-first-serve basis. If you have any questions about camp, please feel
