Rates and Fees

 

Below are the rates and fees for the 2006-2007 school year.  Please note to receive in-parish rates, you must have a parish verification card signed by the Pastor of St. Anthony or St. Philip Parish which must be turned into the Finance Office at the school.  For more information on tuition rates and assistance, visit the Tuition Assistance section on the Forms link to your left.

Corpus Christi School has revised the rate structure for the Catholic Out-of-Parish rate.  We want to help make the option of Corpus Christi more available for those who have a different home parish or for whom Corpus Christi is more convenient. 

 

To receive the Catholic Out-of-Parish tuition rate, students must be baptized Catholics.

SCHEDULE OF TUITION PAYMENTS:

The registration fee is due at the time of registration.  The computer/book fees are due July 1, 2006.  These fees are non-refundable.  

Tuition payments are divided into 11 installments. Payments begin on July 1, 2006 and end on May 1, 2007.  If your first tuition payment is not received by July 15, 2006, your registration is subject to cancellation. This will allow us to notify those on the waiting list.

Tuition Payments for Transfer Students: Tuition will be prorated for a student entering/exiting the School after the School Year begins in August. The method for prorating the tuition is outlined in the Student Handbook.

OVERDUE BALANCES:

Payments received after the 15th of the month will be considered late and will be assessed a $15.00 late fee.  Returned checks will incur a $13.00 returned check fee. We reserve the right to require a money order, cashiers check or certified check from families with repeated late payments or returned checks.  Balances in arrears over 30 days will result in consequences stated in the Parent/Student Handbook.

Payment of Fees

Payments are due on the 1st of the month with the exception of Extended Day and Daycare Charges which are due weekly. Checks returned by the banks for Insufficient Funds (or any other reason) will incur a fee of $13.00. Payments received after the 15th of the month will incur a $15.00 late fee.

Other Fees

There are additional fees for milk, transcript requests (in excess of one) and other special student services. There will be a fee for replacement of report cards, progress/interim reports and other forms that the school must purchase or generate.  There may also be small special activity fees required for special projects on an individual classroom basis.
