Boys Order Form Girls Order Form Note that PE uniforms are purchased through the school. Students will be fitted and receive a warm weather PE uniform right after Labor Day. The sweats will be delivered in late October/early November.

Medical Release Forms for the Nurse - If you need medical authorization forms for the nurse to give your child medications, epipens or inhalers, click here to download the appropriate medical form from our Forms link. Remember all medications must be in their ORIGINAL containers.
Use of the CCE Elevator - Any student using the elevator for medical reasons, must have a form completed and signed by a doctor. Click here to download the form.

Corpus Christi sends bi-weekly (or as needed) email newsletter with current news and reminders for parents. The email will contain news from both campuses. There is also an option to sign up for urgent emails only.
