TUITION PAYMENTS

Corpus Christi School has joined other area schools by partnering with FACTS Management Company to collect and process tuition/fees. ALL FAMILIES MUST REGISTER WITH FACTS. FACTS is an automated payment system whereby families authorize their bank to automatically transfer funds to the school in accordance with one of the installment plans detailed below.
  • Option 1: One hundred percent (100%) of the total tuition paid by June 1, 2010
  • Option 2: Sixty Five percent (65%) of the total tuition, paid by June 1, 2010. The remaining thirty five percent (35%) will be due by January 1.
  • Option 3: Total tuition will be billed in 11 equal payments beginning in June 2010 and ending in April 2011.
  • Credit card: Families may participate in any of the three payment plans listed above using Discover, MasterCard or American Express through the FACTS automated payment system.

Once you have completed the application process with Corpus Christi, you will receive a notification from the FACTS management company identifying your agreement number and your invoice number. You will need both of these numbers in order to register with FACTS using the following link:

For each school year, you will receive an updated message from the FACTS Company. Those families with students in kindergarten through eighth grade will receive a mailing from FACTS sometime in May. Preschool and daycare families should receive notification in July or early August. Each year after receipt of your mailing you will be asked to register and designate which payment option you will participate in that year.

We encourage families to apply online at: www.factstuitionaid.com.

If you have questions or concerns about the application process, please call our Finance Office at 703-820-7450 x17 or send an email to kendreola@corpuschristischool.org.

Tuition Assistance

Tuition assistance is available for eligible Catholic Families through the Arlington Diocese and is granted on the basis of need. In addition to the assistance available through the Diocese, there is limited financial aid available for qualified parishioners of St. Anthony and St. Philip Churches.

Corpus Christi School utilizes FACTs for tuition assistance. To determine your eligibility, please complete and submit an application via the FACTS website: www.factstuitionaid.com or you may receive an application (in English or Spanish) from our Fnance Office.

Completed financial aid applications and supporting documents are due by March 15, 2010 and must be completed EVERY Year (Corpus Christi School will pay the $20.00 application fee for enrolled and/or accepted students). The initial tuition assistance approvals are made in early spring for the following school year. After this period, tuition assistance is limited to the amount of aid remaining.

All financial aid information is confidential. Decisions on admission bear no relation to requests for financial aid. If any fees connected to the application process pose a hardship, please contact the Admission Office.

If you have questions or concerns about the application process, you may speak with a FACTS Customer Care Representative at 1-866-315-9262. Alternately, you may call our Finance Office at 703-820-7450 x17 or send an email to info@corpuschristischool.org.

Apply early if you need assistance. Remember that families must re-apply EVERY year.
